Issues Register
During the life of a Training Package there may be occasions when changes are required to be made as a reflection of feedback received from industry and stakeholders. We Invite Industry to provide feedback on issues relating to the RII09 Resources and Infrastructure Training Package Version 3.
Why is an Issues Register Important?
The Issues Register provides the entry point for stakeholders to contribute to the continuous improvement of the training package along with a central communication and monitoring system ensuring transparency and consistency in Training Package development. There are two categories of changes:
- ISC Updates - Changes that have little impact on the Training Package outcomes
- Endorsement Required - Changes that have considerable impact on the performance outcomes of the endorsed components of the Training Package and are submitted to the National Skills Standards Council for endorsement
RII09 Version 3
At the meeting of the National Skills Standards Council (NSSC) on 24th February 2012, Version 3 of the RII09 training package was considered and endorsed.
Version 3 is now available on the training.gov.au website. In the meantime refer to the mapping document in the Case for Endorsement for the summary of changes.
The training package components with Endorsement Required changes can be downloaded below.
